Mehedinti (14.5 per cent), Vaslui (13.5 per cent), White (13.4 per cent) are the counties with the highest level of unemployment, while Bucharest (2.4 per cent), Ilfov (2.6 per cent) and Timis (4.4 per cent ) register the lowest rates, reads the press release of the National Employment Agency.
