Replacing the Minister of Finance does not alter the fact that government priority is to stop execution of the agreement with the International Monetary Fund (IMF), says Ionut Dumitru, President of the Council Tax, independent authority created at the express request of the Fund to assist Government in developing and conduct of fiscal-budgetary policies.
